Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Nasa9, the academic writing platform at nasa9.com and app.nasa9.com. By creating an account you are agreeing to them, so please read through. If something is unclear, email us before using the service.

The service

Nasa9 is a writing tool for students and researchers. It helps you write academic documents without getting stuck on formatting. We are currently in early access and the platform is actively being developed, which means features may change, be added, or occasionally be unavailable.

We will do our best to keep things running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Nasa9. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If your account is compromised, let us know right away.

One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission, or share accounts between multiple people.

Your content

Anything you write inside Nasa9 belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your documents, research notes, or any other content you create. We only store it to provide the service back to you.

By uploading content you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate anyone else's intellectual property or break any law.

Acceptable use

Use Nasa9 for legitimate academic work. Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform. Do not use it to distribute harmful content, spam, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.

Pricing and billing

Nasa9 is currently free during early access. When paid plans are introduced we will give existing users reasonable notice before any changes take effect. Billing terms will be clearly communicated at that point.

Liability

Nasa9 is provided as-is. We make no warranties about fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the incident.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your content is deleted from our systems within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it longer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a significant change we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use Nasa9 after that date means you accept the new terms.
